Age, Height, Mobility and Personal Preference

Comfortable height for a bed frame, box spring and mattress will vary from person to person. Taller people may prefer a taller bed, whereas shorter people may have difficulty getting into and out of a tall bed. Those with limited mobility may need to have a taller bed that allows their feet to reach the floor and lets them sit on the edge without having to squat deeply. Others may require a shorter bed to make it easier to reach the floor in order to prevent slips and falls. For infants, the mattress height must be set according to the height of the crib rails for safety. Whether you’re a regular person, or a professional home decorator, you can definitely see the stylishness of the japanese platform beds. When it comes to decorating your bedroom, there is nothing more important to give attention to than beds. If you think about it, we spend a good part of our lives sleeping, so our choice of beds is of the utmost importance. Not only do we want our beds to be of the best quality, but we also desire something that will appeal to our creature comforts, beds that are so comfy, we never want to leave them.

A theme for your bedroom would really help to draw the weary into their beds. Maybe you have hidden dreams of being a pirate, in which case you would want your beds to reflect a sea-faring adventure. Or do you have a secret desire to spend your days lying on the shores of a beach? In that case, you might consider deep sea blue comforters on your beds, and a few seashore picturesto add the perfect beach feel to your room.
Your bedroom is the most important room in your house. Make sure you design the decor in your bedroom to reflect your true personality. But even more importantly, make sure your beds are so tempting to crawl into that your cares will melt away while you are slumbering and dreaming the night away.
